Application of Hemabate combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppositories in Second Cesarean Section Postpartum Hemorrhage of Hepatitis B Pregnant Women with Scar Uterus

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of Hemabate(carboprost tromethamine)combined with carboprost methylate suppositories in second cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage of hepatitis B pregnant women.Methods 50 hepatitis B pregnant women with scar uterus undergoing second cesarean section were selected and randomly divided into observation group(Hemabate+carboprost methylate suppositories)and control group(carboprost methylate suppositories).The clinical efficacy,postpartum blood loss,hemostasis time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 76.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum 2-hour and 24-hour blood loss and hemostasis time of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 36.00%,which had no statistical difference with 44.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Hemabate combined with carboprost methylate suppositories in second cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage of hepatitis B pregnant women has better effect,which can reduce the blood loss,and shorten the hemostasis time,with higher safety.
