Application of Psychological Nursing Combined with Postural Nursing in Puerperae with Unprotected Perineal Delivery

Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing combined with postural nursing in puerperae with unprotected perineal delivery.Methods 200 puerperae with unprotected perineal delivery were randomly divided into observation group(psychological nursing+postural nursing)and control group(routine nursing),with 100 cases in each group.The labor time,pain,postpartum perineum and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results The first-stage labor time and total labor time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rates of complete perineum and degreeⅠlaceration in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the rates of lateral perineum incision and degreeⅡlaceration were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing combined with postural nursing can shorten the labor time of puerperae with unprotected perineal delivery,reduce the injury and pain to perineum,and alleviate the nagative emotions.
