四君子汤治疗脾胃气虚型胃溃疡合并功能性消化不良临床观察

目的研究对脾胃气虚型胃溃疡合并功能性消化不良患者实施四君子汤治疗的临床价值。方法遵从"平衡序贯法"分组,将安阳县第三人民医院2020年1月—2021年1月内收治的70例脾胃气虚型胃溃疡合并功能性消化不良患者分为对照组(33例,常规西药治疗)和观察组(37例,加用四君子汤治疗),观察临床疗效。结果临床疗效:观察组总有效率高达97.3%,明显比对照组的78.8%高,P <0.05。经药物治疗后观察组患者早饱、上腹痛等各症状消失用时明显比对照组短,P <0.05。治疗后观察组胃溃疡面积减小,胃排空率明显升高,血小板计数和纤维蛋白原水平升高,胃泌素、胃动素水平明显降低,P <0.05。结论对脾胃气虚型胃溃疡合并功能性消化不良患者实施药物治疗,建议在常规西药的基础上联合四君子汤,可有效提高临床疗效并改善患者预后。

Clinical Observation on Sijunzi Decoction in Treating Spleen-stomach Qi Deficiency Gastric Ulcer with Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To study the clinical value of Sijunzi decoction in treating spleen-stomach qi deficiency gastric ulcer with functional dyspepsia. Methods According to sequential balanced method,70 spleen-stomach qi deficiency gastric ulcer patients with functional dyspepsia in the Third People’s Hospital of Anyang County from January 2020 to January 2021 were assigned to control group( 33 cases,western medicine) and observation group( 37 cases,western medicine and Sijunzi decoction). The clinical effect was observed. Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group( 97. 3%) was significantly higher than that of control group( 78. 8%)( P < 0. 05). After drug therapy,the disappearance time of early satiety and epigastric pain in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Compared with control group,the observation group had smaller gastric ulcer area,higher gastric emptying rate,blood platelet counts and fibrinogen levels,and lower gastrin and motilin levels( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Western medicine combined with Sijunzi decoction can improve the treatment effects and prognosis for spleen-stomach qi deficiency gastric ulcer patients with functional dyspepsia.
