基于指标导向的结构化健康教育对肝硬化失代偿期患者服药信念及依从性的影响

目的 探讨基于指标导向的结构化健康教育对肝硬化失代偿期患者服药信念及依从性的影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年2月我院收治的80例肝硬化失代偿期患者,随机分为观察组(基于指标导向的结构化健康教育)与对照组(常规护理)。比较两组的服药信念及依从性。结果 干预3个月后,两组的BMQ评分高于干预前,且观察组BMQ评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3个月后,两组的MMAS评分高于干预前,且观察组的MMAS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于指标导向的结构化健康教育可增强肝硬化失代偿期患者的服药信念,提高其服药依从性。

Influence of Structured Health Education Based on Index Orientation on Medication Belief and Compliance of Patients with Decompensated Stage of Liver Cirrhosis

Objective To explore the influence of structured health education based on index orientation on medication belief and compliance of patients with decompensated stage of liver cirrhosis.Methods 80 patients with decompensated stage of liver cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(structured health education based on index orientation)and control group(routine nursing).The medication belief and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the BMQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the BMQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the MMAS scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the MMAS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Structured health education based on index orientation can enhance the medication belief,and improve the medication compliance of patients with decompensated stage of liver cirrhosis.
