Application of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Nursing in Diabetic Nephropathy Care and the Improvement Effect on Patients'Clinical Symptoms

Objective To explore the application effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing in diabetic nephropathy care and the improvement effect on patients'clinical symptoms.Methods 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on the basis of the control group.The renal function indicators,blood glucose indicators and TCM syndrome scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the BUN,SCr,FPG and 2hPG levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of dizziness and tinnitus,chest arthralgia and heartache,limb numbness,and insomnia and upset in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions TCM syndrome differentiation nursing applied in the diabetic nephropathy care can effectively improve the renal function indicators and blood glucose indicators,and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
