摘    要:科学传播的缺失模型为医患沟通问题提供了崭新的研究视角与框架,认为解决医患沟通问题应将公众的知识理解置于道德信任之前,在明确现阶段责任主体的前提下,准确定位并有效填补医患沟通中责任履行的缺失点,通过解构与建构医学健康知识传播的隐喻文本,以全方位、多元化举措在实践中不断增强医患信任度;并在此基础上,进一步提出促进未来医患沟...

Abstract:The missing model of science communication provides a new research perspective and framework for doctor-patient communication.This paper proposes that to solve the problem of doctor-patient communication,the public's knowledge and understanding should precede moral trust.Under the premise of clarifying the main body of responsibility at this stage,it is necessary to accurately locate and effectively fill in the shortcomings of responsibility fulfillment in the communication between doctors and patients.Measures should be taken to deconstruct and construct metaphorical texts for dissemination of medical health knowledge,and to continuously enhance doctor-patient trust in practice with comprehensive and diversified measures.And on this basis,this research further proposes that the key to promoting future doctor-patient communication practice mechanisms is to uphold and practice the"system"and"precision"health communication thinking,so as to meet the"two-way health needs"between doctors and patients.
