Application of cluster intervention strategy in operating room in patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of cluster intervention strategy in operation room in patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 88 patients with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer admitted to this hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the reference group and the study group, with 44 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given cluster mode intervention in the operating room on the basis of the reference group.The incidence of complications, gastrointestinal function recovery and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:After the operation room cluster intervention, the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, gastrointestinal function was significantly better than that in the reference group, and quality of life score was significantly higher than that in the reference group, with statistically significant differences( P<0.05). Conclusions:The application of cluster intervention mode in operation room in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, improve the gastrointestinal function of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of wide clinical promotion.
