Clinical Observation on Gexia Zhuyu Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction in the Treatment of Hepatitis B Cirrhosis

Objective To investigate the effects of Gexia Zhuyu decoction and Liujunzi decoction on liver fibrosis and inflammation-oxidative stress indicators in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods 61 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted in the department of infectious diseases of Affiliated Hospital of Huanghe University of Science and Technology from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group( n = 31) and control group( n = 30). Grouping method is a random touch ball method. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group added Gexia Zhuyu decoction and Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,the liver fibrosis indexes and inflammation-oxidative stress indicators was compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group( 93. 55%) was higher than that of the control group( 73. 33%),and the difference between the groups was significant( P = 0. 04). After treatment,the expression level of liver fibrosis indexes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the inflammation-oxidative stress indicators in the observation group included interleukin-2( IL-2),malondialdehyde( MDA),reactive oxygen species( ROS),interleukin-β( IL-1β),and total antioxidant capacity the expression level of( T-AOC) was lower than that of the control group,and the levels of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px) were higher than those of the control group,and there had significant differences between the groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Gexia Zhuyu decoction and Liujunzi decoction have certain application value in patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis,which can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the inflammation-oxidative stress state,and improve the degree of liver fibrosis.
