隔药饼灸对不同年龄健康人红细胞CD58表达的影响

目的:观察灸法对不同年龄健康人群红细胞表面白细胞分化抗原58(CD58)表达的影响,探讨其对不同年龄人群的效应差异及艾灸预防疾病的作用机制。方法:82例健康人按年龄分为青年组和中老年组。将以熟地、山药、山茱萸等为主方的药物制成药饼置于神阙、关元、足三里、脾俞、肾俞施隔药灸,每穴3壮,隔日1次,共灸10次。分别于施灸前、施灸10次(1疗程)后各抽取静脉血2mL,用流式细胞仪测定红细胞表面CD58分子的平均荧光强度。结果:隔药饼灸后,青年组与中老年组红细胞CD58分子的荧光强度均明显高于施灸前(均P0.01),红细胞CD58均呈高表达状态。其中,青年组的变化尤为突出,其增高幅度与中老年组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:艾灸对青年人的效应优于中老年人,其预防疾病的作用机制为增强了红细胞CD58的高表达。

Effects of herbal cake-separated moxibustion on the expression of erythrocyte CD58 in different ages of healthy people

ABSTRACT Objective To compare the expression of CD58 in different ages of healthy people through moxibustion with medicinal cake at the CV8,CV4 et al, on the basis of traditional moxibustion theory of prevetion and health care. Methods A total of 82 health participants, two groups, named youthful group and middle-eld age group. Putting the medicinal cakes on the acupoints, CV8,CV4,ST36, BL20,BL21, then lighted moxa. Analyzed and compared the erythrocyte CD58 expression before and after applying moxibustion, 82 healthy people were detected. Results Erythrocyte CD58 expression were significantly difference before and after moxibustion (P<0.01), increased obviously following moxibustion, especially for youthful group. Conclusions The results suggest that there are close relationships between erythrocyte CD58 expressed and moxibustion. Moxibustion with medicinal cake play an importmant role in the RBC immunity function of body.
