风险防范管理体系在乳腺癌静脉输液港置管化疗患者中的应用

目的探讨风险防范管理体系对降低乳腺癌化疗患者输液港置管不良事件发生率、提高护理满意度的效果。方法选择医院乳腺癌初次放置静脉输液港化疗的患者为研究对象,其中2019年4—6月收治的48例为对照组,给予常规护理;2020年1—4月收治的49例患者为观察组,在对照组基础上实施风险防范管理体系护理,比较两组患者置管后6个月植入式静脉输液港不良事件发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患者静脉输液港不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风险防范管理体系应用于乳腺癌输液港置管化疗患者能降低不良事件发生率,提高患者护理满意度。

Application of risk prevention management system on the breast cancer patients with intravenous infusion port catheterization chemotherapy

Objective To explore the effect of risk prevention management system on reducing the incidence of infusion port catheterization adverse events and improving nursing satisfaction of the chemotherapy breast cancer patients.Methods To select cancer chemotherapy patients who placed the intravenous infusion port for the first time admitted in the hospital as the study objects,48 patients admitted from April to June 2019 were set as the control group and applied the routine nursing,49 patients admitted in the hospital from January to April 2020 were set as the observation group and applied the risk prevention management system based on the control group,after six months of cathetering,the incidence of infusion port catheterization adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of infusion port catheterization adverse events in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the level of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To apply the risk prevention management system on the breast cancer patients with intravenous infusion port catheterization chemotherapy could decreased the incidence of adverse events,increased the patients’nursing satisfaction.
