| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the marginal bone loss at the early stage of osseointegration in T2DM patients treated with 3 types of hypoglycemic drugs.Methods:Patients with T2DM who received dental implantation were incluted and the information was gathered.According to the morphological data,the marginal bone loss 6 months after implantation was measured and analyzed.The comparison between groups was performed by variance analysis.Results:A total of 208 patients with 381 implants were included.The mesial marginal bone loss in insulin and metformin group was higher than that in GLP-1 group(P<0.05).The distal marginal bone resorption was higher in metformin than that in insulin group and GLP-1 group(P<0.05).Conclusion:GLP-1 drugs and insulin may have better protective effect on peri-implant bone than metformin. |
