抗肿瘤中药青龙衣化学成分研究

目的:研究核桃楸(Juglans mandshurica Maxim)的未成熟的外果皮的化学成分。方法:采用常规硅胶柱、半制备高效液相色谱等手段进行分离制备,利用各种谱学技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从青龙衣中分离得到14种三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为2α-羟基齐墩果酸(1),2α,23-二羟基齐墩果酸(2),齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),阿江榄仁酸(4),青钱柳酸A(5),青钱柳酸B(6),蒲公英萜醇(7),2α-羟基熊果酸(8),23-羟基熊果酸(9),2α,3α,19α-三羟基熊果酸(10),2α,3β,19α-三羟基熊果酸-12-烯-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11),青钱柳苷I(12),木栓酮(13),3-羟基-30-去甲基-20-酮基-28-羽扇豆酸(14)。结论:化合物3~7、11~14首次从青龙衣中分离得到。

Study on Triterpenoids Compounds of the Green Walnut Husks of Juglans mandshurica Maxim

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the green walnut husks of Juglans mandshurica Maxim.Methods:The chemical constituents of green walnut husks of Juglans mandshurica Maxim were isolated and prepared by silica gel column,semi-HPLC column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by a variety of spectroscopic techniques.Results:Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as 2α-hydroxy oleanolic acid(1),2α,23-dihydroxy oleanolic acid(2),oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),arjunolic acid(4),cyclocaric acid A(5),cyclocaric acid B(6),taraxerol(7),2α-hydroxy ursolic acid(8),23-hydroxy ursolic acid(9),2α,3α,19α-trihydroxy ursolic acid(10),2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy urs-12-en-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),cyclocarioside I(12),friedelin(13)and 3-hydroxy-30-nor-20-oxo-28-lupanoic acid(14).Conclusion:Compounds 3~7,11~14 are isolated from the green walnut husks of Juglans mandshurica Maxim for the first time.
