医护一体化管理模式对强直性脊柱炎患者心理弹性及病耻感的影响

目的探讨医护一体化管理模式对强直性脊柱炎患者心理弹性及病耻感的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2020年7月收治的强直性脊柱炎患者100例作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征匹配的原则分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用医护一体化管理模式,比较两组患者正负性情绪、心理弹性及病耻感评分。结果观察组患者正性情绪维度得分高于对照组,负性情绪维度得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理弹性坚韧性得分、力量性得分、乐观性得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);内在病耻感得分、外在病耻感得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化管理模式能有效改善强直性脊柱炎患者的情绪状态,有利于提升患者的心理弹性水平,降低患者的病耻感。

The effect of the integration health care management model on the resilience and stigma of ankylosing spondylitis patients

Objective To analysis the effect of the integration health care management model on the resilience and stigma of ankylosing spondylitis patients.Methods To select 100 patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to July 2020 as the research objects,according to the principle of matching between groups,they were equally divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given the routine nursing care,the observation group was applied the integration health care management model based on the control group.The positive and negative emotion scale,resilience and stigma of the two groups were compared.Results The positive emotion scale of the observation group was higher than the control group,the negative emotion scale was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the score of psychological resilience,strength and optimism was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the inner and external stigma score of the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration health care management model could effectively improve the emotional state of the ankylosing spondylitis patients,improved the level of psychological resilience and eased the stigma.
