| 摘 要： | 复发性卵巢癌(ROC)的铂耐药及死亡率是临床的难题,目前其治疗多为姑息性治疗,以手术、化疗作为主要手段延长无进展生存期(PFS)。近年来,基因靶向治疗复发性卵巢癌成为热点。研究表明,低氧诱导因子HIF-1通路与人类恶性肿瘤存在相关性。中医"阳化气"是为人体供能的过程,肿瘤细胞存在特殊能量代谢方式——瓦博格效应。本文将在中医"阳化气"理论下分析低氧诱导因子(HIF-1)、瓦博格效应与肿瘤三者关系,期待为治疗复发性卵巢癌提供新思路。

| Abstract: | Platinum resistance and mortality in recurrent ovarian cancer(ROC)are difficult problems in clinical practice.Currently,most of its treatment is palliative treatment,with surgery and chemotherapy as the main means to prolong progression-free survival(PFS).In recent years,gene targeting therapy for ROC has become a hot topic.The study shows that HIF-1 pathway is related to human cancer."Yang Hua Qi",which means Yang transforming into Qi,is a process of energy supply for human body in traditional Chinese medicine.This study will analyze the relationship between HIF-1,Warburg effect and tumor under the theory of"Yang Hua Qi",expecting to provide new ideas for the treatment of ROC. |
