摘    要:目的:评价数字化扫描联合椅旁切削技术在后牙微创粘接性修复中的应用效果.方法:纳入42名患者58颗大面积缺损的磨牙(39颗)和前磨牙(19颗),采用数字化扫描联合椅旁切削技术制玻璃陶瓷修复体并粘接完成,采用改良USPHS评价标准,记录修复完成即刻和修复完成1年后各项指标,并比较分析.结果:修复完成即刻牙龈健康A级38颗(...

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effects of digital scanning combined chair side cutting technique in minimally invasive adhesive repair of posterior teeth.Methods:58 teeth(39 molars and 19 premolars)with large defect in 42 pationts were restored by CAD/CAM ceramic restorations combined with chair side cutting.The patients were followed up for 12 months.The repair effects were accessed using modified USPHS criteria.Results:Immediately after the completion of repair,38(65.52%)teeth were with grade A and 3(34.48%)with grade B of gingival healthy,1 year after repair,55(94.87%with grade A and 3(5.13%)with grade B,respectively(P<0.05).All the other indexes showed no statistical significance between immediate and 1 year after repair.Conclusion:Digital scanning combined with chair side cutting technique is an effective method for minimally invasive adhesive repair of posterior teeth.
