摘    要:目的 比较激光焊钛与脉冲氩弧焊焊钛热处理后的机械性能,方法 将TA2加工成一定规格的试样,分别行激光焊接,脉冲氩弧焊焊接并焊后热处理,在万能拉伸实验机上测试母材及不同焊接接头的拉伸负载,屈服负荷,计算伸长量,在AKASHI显微硬度测试仪上测试不同焊接区的维氏显微硬度,利用NEOPHOT-21型金相显微镜观察焊接区的金相变化。结果 无论何种焊接方式,焊接接头的伸长量均明显下降,激光焊接接头的拉伸负荷

Abstract:AIM: To compare mechanical properties of titanium joining with laser welding and heat treatment after pulsed tungsten argon welding. METHODS: TA2 was mechanically processed into a certain size and joined with laser welding andheat treatment after pulsed tungsten argon welding. A universal instron testing machine was used to test tensile andyield loads and get absolute elongation. AKASHI tester wasadopted to detect Vickers microhatdness values. Metallographic structures wete examined under NEOPHOT-21 metallographic microscope. RESULTS: Absolute elongationswere reduced no matter what joining methods were tised. Tensile and yield loads of laser welds were bigger than the original material, both that of pulsed tungsten atgon welds andthat after heat treatment had no significant difference from the original material. Absolute elongation was increased afterheat treatment and made no statistic difference from that of laser welds. The vickers' microhardness value of pulsed tungsten argon welds was higher , but after heat treatment similarto that of laser welds. However,the zone of increased microhardness of pulsed tungsten argon welds was always the widest. Metallographic examination displayed fine niddleshape grains in laser welds and large grains in pulsed tungstenargon welds which became finer after heat treatment. CONCLUSION: Heat treatment after pulsed tungsten argon welding seems to improve the general physical and mechanicalproperties of TA2, but the heat-effected zone was still widerthan that of laset welding.
