| 摘 要： | 我院自１９８１年起应用宫腔填塞纱条治疗４２例剖宫产大出血取得良好效果。出血主要原因：（１）前置胎盘２３例，其中１４例伴胎盘粘连，１４例中有２例伴胎盘局部浅肌层植入；（２）子宫收缩乏力１９例。４２例平均出血量为１５０９．５２ｍｌ。纱条填塞时间为１３～３６ｈ，填塞至抽取纱条时出血量２０～５００ｍｌ，抽取纱条后无１例再发生产褥出血。本文提示：此法简单易行。是控制剖宫产大出血的最佳保守疗法。

| Abstract: | Objective lt is often required to control heavy bleeding during cesarean section. The objective of thia study is to evaluate whether uterine pacbing is a more easy and effective method than performing hysterectomy. Treatment:From January 1981 to March 1994 42 patients with heavy bleeding during cesarean section were treated with uterine packing.Major factors responsible for bleeding were uterine atony and placenta previa. The average blood loas was 1509.2ml. The mean time interval from packing to removal of the gauze was 25.86 hours. Results:The average blood loss from packing to removal pack was 166.29ml. After removal of gauze no postpartum hemorrhage recurred. Conclusion :Uterine packing is a simple and effective method for controlling of uterint bleeding during cesarean section. |
