麝香风湿油中麝香酮含量的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的 建立气相色谱正化学源电离质谱(GC-PCI-MS)分析麝香风湿油中麝香酮含量的方法。方法 麝香风湿油用正己烷稀释后进样。质谱分析采用选择离子(SIM)定量方式。选用m/z239.35作为定量离子,m/z240.20作为辅助定量离子;用外标法定量。结果 方法的标准曲线是y=3.6048X 0.2673,r=0.9996。方法平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为3.4%。结论 本法简便,干扰少,灵敏度高,适用于药用油中微量麝香酮的含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE A method for detecting muscone in musk rheumatic oil with Gas Chromatography and positive chemistry ion source mass spectrum (GC PCI MS) has been developed. The sensitivity variety has been studied between EI and PCI ion source mode. METHOD A Shimadzu model QP 5000 GC MS instrument was used. The mass ionization mode was PCI and the reagent gas was Iso butane. The selective ion mode and external standard method was applied for detecting muscone, the quantitative ion was m/z 239.35 and the Co quantitative ion was m/z 240.2. The pharmaceutical oil was diluted with hexane.RESULTS The calibration curve was Y=3.604 8X+0.267 3,r =0.999 6. The recovery was 99.3%(RSD=3.4%) and the limitation of the lowest detection was 5pg(S/N=3).CONCLUSION The method is less interfered and high sensitivity. It is suitable for the determination of trace muscone in pharmaceutical oil.
