腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效观察

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床价值。方法将120例输卵管妊娠患者纳入研究,按入院先后顺序,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。观察组行腹腔镜手术,对照组行开腹手术。比较组间术中、术后临床指标的差异。结果观察组在手术时间、肛门排气时间、平均住院时间较对照组短,术中出血量也少于对照组,术后再次宫外孕率少于对照组,而术后宫内孕率高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);组间不良反应比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术保守治疗输卵管妊娠优于开腹手术,值得临床推广应用。

Laparoscopic surgery in the conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in the conservative treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy.Methods 120 patients with tubal pregnancy were included in the study.According to admission order,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=60).The observation group were given laparoscopic surgery,the control group was underwent open surgery.The difference in clinical parameters were compared between the two groups.Results Observation group is shorter than the control group at operative time,anal exhaust time and the average length of stay,blood loss is also less than the control group,the incidence of ectopic pregnancy again after less than the control group,while significantly higher pregnancy rate after intrauterine,the difference was significant between the groups(P<0.05).Adverse reactions showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is better than open surgery in the conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy,is worthy of clinical application.
