PFN治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折50例分析

目的观察股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2005年2月至2011年8月采用股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者共50例的临床资料。结果术后髋关节功能恢复的优良率达96.0%,无感染、退钉、切割股骨头现象及主钉断裂的现象发生。结论 PFN设计合理、手术时间短、创伤小、固定效果好,是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的理想内固定物之一。

Analysis of 50 Cases of Aged Patients with Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures Treated with PFN

Objective To observe the clinical effect of proximal famoral nail (PFN) in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods Retrospective analysis was taken for the clinical data of 50 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures, who were treated with PFN in our hospital from February 2005 to August 2011. Results The excellent rate of functional restoration of hip joint after treatment was 96%. No infection, nail withdrawing, cutting femoral head phenomenon and main nail fracture phenomenon occurred. Conclusions PFN has the advantages of reasonable design, short operation time, less trauma and good fixing effect, which is an ideal internal fixation in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
