摘    要:目的 制备羧甲壳多糖(CM-Chitin),研究其吸湿、保湿性能。方法 在超声波作用下,用氯乙酸对壳多糖进行化学改性,制备水溶性的羧甲壳多糖,应用IR光谱、X-射线粉末衍射对产物结构进行表征,研究产物的吸湿、保湿性能。结果 44h后CM-Chitin在相对湿度(RH)43%和81%条件下的吸湿率分别为21.3%和28.4%,在RH43%和干硅胶条件下的水分残存率分别为242.6%和54.9%。结论 CM-Chitin的吸湿性不及透明质酸(HA),而保湿性能优于HA,其吸湿、保湿性能均优于甘油。

Abstract:Objective To prepare carboxymethyl chitin(CM|Chitin) and investigate its moisture adsorbability and moisture retentivity. Methods By the method of ultrasonic radiation, CM|Chitin with fine water solubility was prepared by the reaction of chitin with chloroacetic acid. CM|Chitin was characterized by IR spectra and X|ray powder diffractometer. The moisture adsorbability and moisture retentivity of CM|Chitin were investigated. Results The rates of moisture absorption were 21 3% under relative humidity air conidition(RH) was 43% and 28 4% under RH 81% for 44 hours. The rates of remanent water were 242 6% under RH was 43% and 54 9% under dry silica gel. Conclusion The moisture adsorbability of CM|Chitin is not as much as that of hyaluronic acid(HA), but the moisture retentivity of CM|Chitin is better than that of HA, both the moisture adsorbability and retentivity of CM|Chitin are better than those of glycerine.
