| 摘 要： | 目的：比较磷酸阿糖腺苷与肝炎灵对乙型肝炎的疗效。方法：慢性乙型肝炎６０例，采用磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗３０例（男性２７例，女性３例，年龄３２±ｓ７ａ），ｄ１－５，１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｍ，ｑｄ，ｄ６－２８，５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｍ，ｑｄ。对照组３０例（男性２６例，女性４例，年龄３０±８ａ），用肝炎灵４ｍＬ，ｉｍ，ｑｄ，共４ｗｋ。结果：ＨＢｅＡｇ和ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ阴转率、抗ＨＢｅ阳转率治疗组分别为２３％，１８％，１３％；对照组分别为３％，０，０（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎，具有抑制乙型肝炎病毒（ＨＢＶ）复制的作用，疗效优于肝炎灵。不良反应轻微。

| Abstract: | AIM: To compare the effect of vidarabine phostphate(Ara-AMP) with Gan-yan一ling in treating hepatitis B. METHODS: Ara-AMP group(30 patients, M 27, F 3; age 32±s 7 a, dose 10 mg/ kg, im, qd for 5 d and 5 mg / kg, im, qd for 23 d) vs Gan-yan-ling control group(30 patients, M 26, F 4; age 30±8 a, dose 4 mL, im, qd for 28 d) in treating chronic hepatitis B. RESULTS: The negative conversion rates of serum HBeAg, HBV-DNA and the positive conversion rate of serum HBeAb were 23%, 18% and 13% respectively in the former group, and 3, 0 and 0 in the later group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Ara-AMP is effective in inhibiting hepatitis B virus(HBV) replication and is bet ter than Gan-yan-ling. Adverse reactions are mild. |
