HPLC法测定健脾增食丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量

目的用高效液相色谱法测定健脾增食丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,使用Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(23∶77)(每100mL加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1g)为流动相,检测波长:345nm,流速:1.0mL·min-1,柱温:35℃。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.05215～1.063μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=5.0×106X-233041(r=0.9996)。平均回收率为98.3%,RSD=1.5%。结论本法灵敏、准确、专属性强,回收率高,重现性好,可作为健脾增食丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定的检测方法。

Determination of berberine hydrochloride in Jianpi Zengshi Pill by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To establish the method for determining berberine hydroehloride in Jianpi Zengshi Pill by HPLC. METHODS Berberine hydrochloride was analysed simultaneously by HPLC. The optimal conditions of separation and detection were achieved on a Shim--pack VP--ODS column （150minx 4. 6mm, 5μm）, the mobile phase was acetonitrile--0. 1% phosphoric acid solution（23 ： 77） ,contains 0. 1% sodium laurylsulfate,the flow rate was lmL ·min-1. The detective wavelength was 345nm. RESULTS The calibration eurve.s of berberine hydrochloride showed that the linearity were completely acceptable. The average recovery of Deox- yschizandrin and schi~ndrin B was 98. 3%, respectively. The RSD was 1.5 %. CONCLUSION This method was simple, rapid and feasible for the quantification of berberine hydrochloride in Jianpi Zengshi Pill.
