肝动脉造影CT和经动脉门脉造影CT在肝脏小结节病变诊断中的价值

目的探讨螺旋CT扫描在肝动脉造影CT(CThepaticarteriography,CTHA)和经动脉门脉造影CT(CTarterialportogra-phy,CTAP)在肝脏小结节病变中的应用价值。方法对76例肝脏的10个小结节病变行CT双期扫描、CTHA/CTAP检查对比。结果CTHA/CTAP病灶检出率为90.72%,CT双期扫描的检出率为70.10%,两者具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论CTHA/CTAP可提高CT图像质量,对病灶检出率高于双期增强扫描,结合临床能显著提高小肝癌的检出率。

Diagnostic valuation of CT hepatic arteriography and CT arterial portography in small liver pathogenic nodules

Objective To evaluate the significance of both spiral CT hepatic arteriography (CTHA) and CT arterial portography (CTAP) in diagnosis of small liver nodules.Methods The CTHA / CTAP manifestations of 108 small liver nodular lesion from 76 patients with liver cirrhosis were analyzed and compared with those in bi-phase enhanced CT.Results The detection rate for CTHA/CTAP(90.72%) was significantly higher than the positive rate (70.10%) for the bi-phase enhanced CT(P<0.01).Conclusion With the use of spiral CT technique, the quality of CT images in CTHA/CTAP is significantly improved. CTHA/ CTAP techniques can increase the sensitivity of diagnosis for small livers nodules which is very helpful in findings of small hepatocellular carcinoma.
