桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤28例外科治疗

目的总结我院自1995年-2006年7月收治桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤28例手术治疗及疗效。方法采用两种不同的手术方式对桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤进行治疗。结果刮除植骨、骨水泥充填术后复发率为22%,而游离自体腓骨移植病例无复发。结论瘤段切除、腓骨近端移植腕关节重建治疗桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤复发率较传统刮除植骨、骨水泥充填术为低,可以很好地重建腕关节功能,取得满意的临床效果。

The surgical treatment of 28 patients with giant cell tumor at distal radius

Objective To summarize and analyze the surgical treatment and outcome of giant cell tumor at distal radius in our hospital. Methods Two operative methods were adopted for 28 patients with giant cell tumor at distal radius. Results The recurrence rate was 22% in bone curettage and bone-grafting as the cement filling. There was no recurrence in diseased bone resection plus free fibular transplantation. Conclusion The recurrence rate is lower by completely diseased bone resection plus free fibular transplantation than by traditional methods of bone curettage and bone-grafting and cement filling. The better function of carpus can be rebuilt with a satisfying clinic effect in the former operative type.
