老年人原发性甲状腺功能减退症致心肌酶谱显著增高28例临床分析

目的 :分析老年人原发性甲状腺功能减退症 (甲减 )心肌酶谱显著增高的意义及治疗转归。方法 :检测 2 8例甲减患者治疗前后心肌酶谱。结果 :甲减可致心肌酶谱显著增高 ,与急性心肌梗死不同的是在未经甲状腺激素替代治疗时心肌酶谱无变化 ,替代治疗后随甲减的临床症状改善 ,FT3、FT4 升高 ,TSH下降而逐渐恢复正常。结论 :甲减是心肌酶谱显著增高的原因之一 ,与病情轻重有关。

Clinical analysis of the significantly increasement of myocardial enzymes in 28 aged patients with primary hypothyroidism

Objective:To study the significance and the therape autic effect of the significantly increasement of myocardial enzymes in aged paticnts with primary hypothyroidism.Methods:The myocardial enzymes were detected in 28 aged patients with primary hypothyroidism.Results:The primary hypothyrodism could result in the significantly inereasement of myocardial the substitutive therapy and were guadually decreased to normal by substitutive therapy accompanyed with the clinical symptoms inproved,FT3,FT4 inereased and TSH decreased which were different from the acute myocardial infarction.Conclusion:The primary hypothyroidism is one of the reasons of the significantly increasement of myocardial enzymes which is related to the severity of the disease.
