摘    要:目的 掌握汕尾市城区1960~1999年传染病疫情动态,为今后传染病防治工作提供可靠依据。方法收集自1960年以来上报的传染病疫情,对所有数据核实、整理,采用EXCEL2000统计和疫情分析。结果 计划免疫使相应的传染病发病率得到有力控制,发病率明显降低,白喉及脊髓灰质炎自1993年起无新病例发生;随着传染病防治工作的深入、有效的开展,已消除了天花和丝虫病,其它主要传染病如霍乱、流行性脑脊髓膜炎、流行性乙型脑炎、伤寒、钩端螺旋体病发病率也呈波动性下降,近年多呈散发,但性病和经血传播性传染病呈上升趋势。结论 免疫预防、药物预防和有效地切断传染病传播的三个环节,开展持久、群众性传染病监测与防治工作是我们预防与控制传染病的有效措施。

Abstract:Objective To study the epidemic situation of infectious disease in Shanwei city zone and to offer the dependable basis for prevention and control the infectious disease. Methods The infectious diseases reports were collected s ince 1960. They were verified and trimmed and the epidemic situation was analyze d with EXCEL 2000 software. Result The infectious diseases in the immunization p rogramme have been controlled effectively. For example, the diphtheria and polio myelitis have not been occurred singly since 1993 respectively. Because preventi on and control of the infectious diseases were implemented persistently and effe ctively, the smallpox and the filariasis were eradicated. The infection rate of other main infectious diseases, such as cholera, typhoid fever, and cerebrospina l meningitis were dropped. Conclusion Presistantly carrying out the servilance a nd prevention were the best way to control infectious diseases.
