摘    要:运用分子生物学技术及流式细胞术,对治疗反应和微小残留白血病病灶(MRD)进行灵敏的定量分析,可以更加可靠地预测儿童急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)患者的预后及复发风险。分子水平的研究大多数利用T细胞受体(TCR)和免疫球蛋白基因重排作为唯一克隆特异性标志来监测MRD,但这种DNA水平上的研究方法时间长、费用高而且工作量大。在儿童
