| 摘 要： | 随着医疗模式的改变,我国医疗体制发生重大变化。在医学生临床实习教学中存在的主要问题有：教学受就业形势的影响,面临患者的维权意识增强及医疗纠纷的压力,教师轻视医学生的基本素质培养。作者就临床实习教学中存在的主要问题进行了分析,提出应加强临床实习生的管理、制订相应法规以保障临床教学的正常进行、正确引导就业,更新就业观念、加强职业道德教育、减少医疗纠纷、重视学生基本素质的培养等对策。

| Abstract: | With the alternation of medical mode,the medical treatment system of our nation changed a lot, which has taken some new problems in present clinical practice teaching. To be specific, it mainly include three aspects., the affection of employment situation, the pressure of medical disputes that originated from the patients＇ awaken consciousness of safeguarding right, the despising of basic quality.In this paper, the author analyzed the main problems in clinical practice teaching,presented the viewpoint of strengthening the management of interns, making relevant laws to guarantee the normal clinical practice teaching,properly guiding the job hunting, updating the employment concept, strengthening the education of professional ethics, emphasizing the basic quality training of students,etc. |
