摘    要:目的探讨影响居民高血压患病的膳食及生活方式影响因素,为高血压的防治提供科学依据。方法对随机选取就诊于某门诊的患者作为研究对象,通过"全国高血压防治微机网络管理"软件,进行膳食、生活方式调查,同时进行血压测量,采用SPSS12.0软件包分别从食物和生活方式上进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果将膳食因素纳入Logistic回归模型,其中钠和油脂类食物是高血压的危险因素(OR值为95%可信区间,分别为1.230,1.225),缺乏体育锻炼和中心性肥胖与高血压患病明显呈正相关(OR值分别为1.712,1.643)。结论高血压患者的膳食及生活方式在影响因素中有危险因素,也有保护因素。通过健康教育和健康促进,倡导合理膳食和健康的生活方式是防治高血压的有效措施。
