摘    要:目的 研究ECP与sIL-2R在哮喘病中的致病机制和关系。方法 采用酶免疫荧光法和BA-ELISA法分别测定30例健康者,61例重症支气管哮喘患者的血清ECP和sIL-2R值,并追踪测试37例患者治疗后血清ECP和sIL-2R水平。结果 急性期患者血清ECP,sIL-2R含量均明显高于对照组(P〈0.01),治疗后二者水平明显下降,较治疗前非常显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论 ECP是促进气道炎症

Abstract:bjective In this study,an attempt was made to clarify theroles played by eosinophil cationoc protein(ECP)and soluble interleukin2 receptor(sIL2R)in the pathogenic mechanism of asthma. Methods The fluorescent enzyme immunoassay(FEIA)and BAELISA were adopted to determine ECP and sIL2R in sera from 30 healthy subjects,61 patients with advanced bronchial asthma.ECP and sIL2R in sera from 37 patients were determined continuously after treatment. Results The results showed that both the levels of ECP and sIL2R in sera from the patients with bronchial asthma in the acute stage were significantly higher than those from the controls(P<001).Both the levels decreased significantly after treatment(P<001). Conclusion ECP is an important inflammatory medium for airway inflammation,and the level of ECP in serum is conductive to the judgment for the activity and the severity of asthmatic airway inflammation.The results indicated that a significant correlation exists between the activation of eosinophil and that of Tlymphocyte,as well as between the increased level of ECP and the activation of Tlymphocyte.
