uPAR及PTEN在肝癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的:研究尿激酶型原激活剂受体(uPAR)及肿瘤抑制基因PTEN在肝癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组织化SP法检测46例肝癌(HCC)及癌旁组织中uPAR及PTEN的表达,分析其与肝癌病理特征及侵袭性的关系。结果:HCC中uPAR的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),而PTEN的阳性表达率明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.05),且两者呈负相关(P<0.05,r=-0.44)。uPAR及PTEN的表达与Edmondson分级和肿瘤的侵袭性有关(P<0.05),PTEN的表达还与门脉是否有癌栓及TNM分期有关(P<0.05),但与年龄、性别、肝硬变程度、肝癌组织类型、AFP、HBsAg、肿瘤大小等因素无关(P>0.05)。结论:uPAR及PTEN的异常表达与肝癌的发生和发展有一定关系,在一定程度上反映了肝癌侵纤溶酶袭性强弱。

The expressions and significances of uPAR and PTEN in hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective：To study the expressions of uPAR and PTEN in hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）and to evaluate their clinical significance to pathological features of HCC.Methods：Expression of uPAR and PTEN in 46 specimens of HCC and surrounding nonmalingnant hepatic tissues were detected with SP method of immunohistochemical technique to analyze its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics and invasion of HCC.Results：The positive expression intensity of PTEN in HCC was remarkably weaker than that in surrounding nonmalingnant hepatic tissues（P0.05）,while the expression intensity of uPAR was stronger in HCC than that in surrounding nonmalingnant hepatic tissues（P0.05）.Moreover,there was a negative correlation between the expression of PTEN and that of uPAR（P0.05,r =-0.44）.The positive expression rate of uPAR and PTEN in HCC were related to tumor Edmondson grade and the invasion severity（P0.05）.The expression of PTEN in HCC was also related to portal emblous and TNM tumor stage（P0.05）,while not to age,sex,hepatocirrhosis,pathology type of HCC,AFP,HbsAg and diameter of the tumor（P0.05）.Conclusions：The abnormal expression of uPAR and PTEN in HCC may play some roles in the origin and development of HCC,and can reflect the differentiation and invasive potential of HCC tissues.
