松针的化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的 研究松科(Pinaceae)植物马尾松(Pinus,massoniana Lamb.)松针的化学成分。方法 利用Diaion HP-20,ToyopearlHW-40、硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果 从马尾松松针水煎液的正丁醇部位分离得到了5个化合物,分别鉴定为:开环异落叶松脂素(I),4-(41′-羟基-3′-甲氧基苯基)-2-丁醇(Ⅱ),4-对羟基苯基-2-丁醇(Ⅲ),伞花内酯(Ⅳ),原儿茶酸(Ⅴ)。结论 这5个化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of pine needles of Pinus massoniana Lamb.. METHODS Various columns including Diaion HP-20,Toyopearl HW-40 and silica gel were employed for the isolation and purification of compounds from pine needles. The structures of the compounds were identified by physiochemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Five compounds were isolated from the n-BuOH fraction of water-extracts, and their structures were identified as secoisolariciresinol( I ) ,4-(4'-hydroxyl-3'-methoxybenzyl)-2-butylalcohol(Ⅱ) ,4-(4'-hydroxybenzyl)-2-butylalcohol(Ⅲ) , umbelliferon (Ⅳ ) and protocatechuic acid (Ⅴ) . CONCLUSION All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
