CT扫描在纵隔占位性病变中的诊断价值

目的:研究CT对纵隔占位性病变的诊断价值,补充不典型纵隔占位疾病的CT表现,分析鉴别诊断中易于混淆的CT征象。方法:对60例纵隔占位病例的CT诊断与术后病理结果进行对照分析。结果:术前CT诊断准确率为92%,误诊4例,主要是由于发生部位比较特殊,CT表现相似和临床病史不典型所致。结论:CT检查能直接观察纵隔占位病变的内部结构,鉴别其属实质性或囊性,探查其与血管的关系。CT检查纵隔占位病变有一定的诊断价值。

CT Diagnosis Value of Mediastinum Space Occupying Focus

Objective To study the CT diagnosis value of mediastinum space occupying focus. Provide the CT appearnce of atypical mediastinum space occupying focus. Analyze the confusional CT appearnce in the differential diagnosis. Methods The CT diagnosis and pathologic findings from 60 patients with mediastinum space occupying focus were analyzed correlatively. Results The accuracy rates of CT diagnosis before operation were 92%, misdiagnosed in 4. The reason of misdiagnosis was the especial focus position and the atypical CT appearnce. Conclusion The interior structures of mediastinum space occupying focus could be observed directly by CT examination. In addition, CT could identify cystic or parenchymatous mass and understand the relationship between blood vessels and focus. CT examination might have important value in diagnosis of mediastinum space occupying focus.
