左半结肠癌伴梗阻行一期切除吻合术的体会

目的　探讨左半结肠癌伴梗阻行一期切除吻合术的可行性。方法　回顾性分析 2 6例左半结肠癌伴梗阻行一期切除吻合术的临床资料。结果　本组均痊愈出院 ,无死亡病例。术后发生吻合口瘘 2例 ,发生率为 7.79% (2 / 2 6) ,局部引流 ,保守治疗后痊愈。结论严格掌握适应症 ,术中彻底清洁肠道 ,做好正确的手术操作和围手术期处理 ,一期切除吻合术治疗左半结肠癌伴梗阻是安全可行的。

The Treatment of One-stage Resection and Anastomosis for Left Colon Caner with Obstruction

Objective To study the possibility of the treatment of one-stage resection of left colon cancer with obstruction . Methods The clinical data of 26 cases of intestinal obstruction caused by cancer of left colon were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were cured, no patient died. anastomotic stoma fistula appeared in two cases (7.79%), and they were cured after local drainage and expectant treatment. Conclusions On the basis of strict indications, cleaning up intestinal tract and correct operation, one-stage resection and anastomosis is a safe and possible method for left colon caner with obstruction.
