脑囊虫病颅内高压产生原因、临床表现及护理措施

目的探讨脑囊虫病颅内高压产生机制及临床特点,提出有效护理措施。方法通过对40例脑囊虫病患者应用吡喹酮治疗期间的观察及处理措施,及时发现和处理颅内压增高等用药后的不良反应,并进行精心护理。结果 40例全部完成规定疗程,其中治愈14例、显效24例、有效2例,总有效率100%,护理过程中护理措施及时得当,无死亡病例。结论护理人员唯有充分掌握脑囊虫病产生颅内高压的机制及临床特点才能进行有效护理,减少并发症,优良的护理措施对整个疾病的转归意义重大。

Cause,clinical manifestation and nursing intervention of cerebral cysticercosis intracranial hypertension

Objective To investigate the mechanism and clinical characteristics of cerebral cysticercosis intracranial hypertension,and put forward effective nursing measures.Method Using praziquantel to treatment 40 cases of cerebral cysticercosis,observation the patients and treatment measures in order to find and deal with the side effects after taking drug and carries on the careful nursing.Results All 40 patients were completely finished the treatment course,14 cases were cured,24 cases with marked effect,2 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 100%,nursing intervention during nursing processes was timely and properly,no death case.Conclusions Nursing staff only fully grasp of generation mechanism and clinical characteristics of intracranial hypertension could carry out effective nursing,reduce complications.Excellent nursing intervention had great significance on disease turnover.
