血脂康对系统性红斑狼疮伴高脂血症患者血脂及肾功能的影响

目的观察血脂康对系统性红斑狼疮伴高脂血症患者血脂及肾功能的影响。方法将60例系统性红斑狼疮伴高脂血症患者随机分为两组，在常规治疗基础上，治疗组（30例）加服血脂康治疗，对照组（30例）加服氟伐他汀治疗。连续用药8周后，观察治疗前后血脂、肾功能的变化情况。结果在调节血脂方面，治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为93．33％和90％，组间疗效比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05），但在降低TG上，血脂康组治疗前后比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），与对照组比较亦有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；在保护肾功能方面，治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为73．33％和46．67％，组间疗效比较有极显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论血脂康对降低血脂疗效确切，并有减少尿微量白蛋白排泄率的作用。

The effects of xuezhikang on blood lipids and renal function in systemic lupus erythematosus patients with hyperfipidemia

Objectives To observate the effect of Xuezhikang on blood lipids and renal function in systemic lupus erythematosus patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods In this randomized trial,60 patients,who were diagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus and hyperlipidemia, were divided into two groups ： Xuezhikang capsule-treated group having 30 patients and fluvastatin-treated group as a control with 30 patients. At the end of 8 weeks＇ treatment,levels of blood lipids and renal function were observed. Resuits The total effective rates for adjusting blood lipid were 93.33% ,90.00% ,respectively;There is no significant difference between the two groups（P 〉 0.05 ）. The total effective rates for protecting renal function were 73.33% ,46.67% ,respectively;The difference between two groups was significant（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Xuezhikang is an effective and safe drug in treating blood lipid, and has the function for reducing urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER）.
