脑瘫儿童康复治疗现状与游戏的调查和思考

目的:了解脑瘫康复治疗的现状和游戏在治疗中的应用.方法:通过问卷和访谈的方式,采用便捷取样法,在国内4个省举办的培训班的学员中进行调查.结果:治疗人员及家长对脑瘫康复治疗的目的缺乏明确的理解,在治疗中很少利用游戏促进脑瘫儿童的全面发育.结论:脑瘫康复治疗的目的是通过健康的方式使患儿最大限度的发挥其潜力,形成健全的人格融入社会.游戏是儿童生活的自然本性和社会性的最佳融合,脑瘫患儿可通过游戏促进发育.建议加强关于游戏及其作用的培训,并将游戏意识纳入脑瘫儿童康复的内容.

Survey on Play and Cerebral Palsy Children's Rehabilitation in 4 Provinces in China
