氦氖激光与超短波治疗颞颌关节综合征疗效观察

目的　探讨治疗颞颌关节综合征的较好的物理疗法。方法　采用氦氖激光穴位照射与超短波局部辐射治疗 66例 ,药物治疗 64例 ,随机分组 ,对比观察。结果　氦氖激光与超短波组治愈率优于药物组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　氦氖激光与超短波能较快治愈颞颌关节综合征。其特点 :痊愈快 ,无副作用 ,安全无痛苦。

The clinical observation of temporomandibular joint syndrome treated by He-Ne laser and ultra-short wave

Objective serching for better therapy of temporomandibular joint syndrome. Methods 130 case with temporomandibular joint syndrome were divided randomly into two groups study group 66 cases treated by He Ne laser and ultro short wave;controlled group,64 cases treated by the drugs.Then observe respectively their curative effects. Results The cure rate of the study group is better than the one of the controlled group.P<0.01 Conclusion combining He Ne laser and ultra short wave can cure temporomandibular joint sooner itis characteristics is quick,little side effect,safe and painless.
