| 摘 要： | 目的通过关节镜下检查,观察膝关节半月板损伤的类型、分析处理的办法,提出适合的治疗措施。方法分析、随访2001年6月至2005年5月在我科住院,诊断明确并行关节镜手术的病人共150例;镜下分型:按半月板损伤形态分为垂直撕裂102例、水平裂26例和混合裂22例共三型;按照解剖分区结构分为红-红区42例、红-白区68例、白-白区40例。缝合32例,部分切除、修整114例;全切除4例。结果术后所有关节活动受限均改善,关节疼痛和绞锁症状与受伤时间长短和手术方法有关,病史短、半月板缝合者效果好,病史长、半月板部分切除者症状较其他组明显(P<0.05)。结论半月板损伤诊断越早治疗效果越好。不论撕裂部位,能缝合的尽量缝合,不能缝合的要尽可能保留多的半月板组织。半月板缝合时,尽量将线结打在关节外。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the treatment of meniscal tear repaired by arthroscopy.Methods The pattern of meniscal tear,techniques of meniscal repair and its effects under arthroscopy were analysized in a series of 150 patients with meniscal injuries.Results The excellent result was in therapeutic method by arthroscopic meniscal suture.and the good outcome by partialmeniscotomy.Conclusion It is suggested that the arthroscopic meniscal suture in early has a good result,and partial meniscotomy was perior to most meniscotomy.When you take a suture for the meniscal tear the node would be kept outside the joint. |
