摘    要:目的探讨在药品研发中利用均匀设计安排试验后,数据中的多个自变量与多个应变量间的关联性.方法介绍典型相关的原理,并用实例说明实现方法.结果实例中6个自变量、4个应变量经典型相关分析后,整体关联性较大的各有2个变量.结论探讨多个自变量与多个应变量间的整体关联性,为药品研发中利用均匀设计安排试验后进行数据分析,提供了一种新的数学模型.

Abstract:Aim To explore the relationship between many dependent variables and many independent variables in arranging experiment by uniform design in developing medicine. Methods The theory of canonical correlation was briefed and the method of canonical correlation was adopted for the example in uniform design. Results After the example with 6 dependent variables and 4 independent variables was analyzed using canonical correlation, there were 2 variables respectively that were interrelated significantly. Conclusiom Exploring the relationship between many dependent variables and many independent variables, can provide a profitable mathematical model in arranging experiment by uniform design in developing medicine.
