| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃低张充气螺旋CT薄层扫描在胃癌诊治中的价值。方法随机抽取经病理证实的胃癌72例(A、B两组各36例,A组为采用低张充气扫描,B组为采用低张水充盈扫描)分析其螺旋CT图像,并将两组诊断符合率进行比较。结果A组CT诊断符合率明显高于B组。结论胃低张充气螺旋CT薄层扫描不仅能够提高对胃癌的诊断率,而且还能直观反映肿瘤浸润的范围及远处转移情况,对临床的治疗有非常重要的价值。
