| 摘 要： | 肱骨髁间骨折是严重的肘关节损伤,因其结构特点,骨折端对位后的稳定性极差,闭合复位困难。目前多采用手术治疗[1]。1999年10月-2004年10月我科采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路加双克氏针张力带法固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折12例,效果满意。1临床资料本组12例,男7例,女5例;年龄25~65岁。按AO骨
