| 摘 要： | 目的评价扩散加权成像(DWI)在鉴别肝单纯性囊肿和包虫囊肿特别是完全液化的肝包虫囊肿的价值。资料与方法20例囊性包虫病患者22个病灶,肝脏单纯囊肿9例10个病灶,均行b值500和1000 s/mm2的MRDWI序列扫描。结果b值500和1000 s/mm2的病灶ADC值以及病灶和周围肝实质的信号强度率均有显著性差异,肝脏单纯囊肿的表观扩散系数(ADC)值明显高于肝包虫囊肿,肝脏包虫囊肿的信号强度率明显高于肝脏单纯囊肿(P值<0.05)。结论肝脏MR DWI有助于鉴别肝脏单纯囊肿和肝脏囊性包虫囊肿。
