| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肝细胞核因子—1α(HNF—1α)基因外显子1 A1a98Val变弄是否与中国汉族迟发型2型糖尿病相关。方法：选择中国汉族150例迟发型2型糖尿病患者及155例正常对照者，应用聚合酶链反应——限制性片段长度多态(PCR—SSCP)及直接测序法检测A1a98Val变异。结果：受检者均不存在Ala98Val变异。结论：A1a98Val变异不是引起中国汉族迟发型2型糖尿病的重要遗传因素。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To ascertain whether Ala98Val variant in exon 1 of hepatocyte nuclear factor-1 alpha (HNF-1 alpha) gene is associated with late-onset Type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han nationality. METHODS: We selected 150 patients with late-onset Type 2 diabetes and 155 controls, and detected Ala98Val variant with polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformational polymorphism(PCR-SSCP) and direct sequencing. RESULTS: None of Ala98Val variant was found in all of the subjects. CONCLUSION: The Ala98Val variant doesn't play an important role in late-onset Type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han nationality. |
