膳食疗法治疗肿瘤病人便秘的临床观察

为探讨治疗肿瘤病人便秘的膳食疗法;对160例便秘的肿瘤病人利用中医辨证施治的原理,结合病人口味,配制合理膳食进行辩证施治,并与80例大黄苏打组和80例果导组进行对比.结果膳食组与大黄苏打组和果导组总有效率比,差异有非常显著性,且无副作用,又无药物刺激和服药时的紧张,病人可在轻松愉快中得到治疗,膳食疗法对于解除肿瘤病人的便秘是一种有价值的治疗方法,并可增进医、护、患之间的合作与了解,充分体现了整体护理的医学模拟,促进了护理学的进步和发展.

Clinical observation of diet therapy on constipation among the tumor p atients

We investigated the effects of diet therapy on constipation of tumor patients.Under guidance of traditional Chinese therapy and according to each patients' taste,160 patients with constipation received individual diet therapy.At the same time,80 patients took Rheum officinale soda (ROS) and 80 patients took Phenolphthalein.Results:the effective rate of the diet group was significantly higher than the ROS group and Phenolphthalein group.The diet group did not have any side effects.The patients could accept the treatment without drug stimulation and nervousness when taking drugs.Diet therapy on constipation is a valuable method.It promotes the understanding and cooperation among doctors,nurses,and patients.It shows holistic nursing.It also promotes the development of nursing.
