| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨新生儿窒息的急救复苏及护理。方法：对168例新生儿窒息患儿按复苏指南进行急救复苏与护理。结果：经及时抢救与细心护理，痊愈出院150例，好转出院7例，转院5例，死亡6例。结论：新生儿窒息抢救是否成功取决于快速正确的评估、恰当的护理、娴熟的复苏技术及复苏后的护理，分秒必争的抢救和医护紧密配合是提高新生儿窒息抢救成功率、降低病死率的有效保证。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe into resuscitation and nursing of neonatal asphyxia.Methods:Resuscitation and nursing for 168 children of neonatal asphyxia according to guidelines of resuscitation.Resuits:150 cases recovered and discharged,7 cases discharge after improvement,5 cases transfer to another hospital and 6 cases died,after timely rescue and careful nursing.Condusion:Suecessful rescue of neonatal asphyxia depends on swift and correct evaluation,appropriate nursing, skilled resuscitation techniques and nursing after resuscitation.Emergency treatment against time and close cooperation be-tween doctor and nurse constitute the effective guarantee of higher success rate in emergency treatment of neonatal asphyx-ia and lower fatality rate. |
