中西医结合治疗外阴尖锐湿疣58例

目的探讨应用传统中医药和现代医学技术相结合的方法治疗女性外阴尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法116例妊娠早中期外阴尖锐湿疣患者均采用CO2激光对疣体碳化、汽化,同时肌注胸腺肽20 mg,隔日1次,连续1个月。其中治疗组58例从术后第3 d开始,再用中药水煎熏洗外阴,每晚1次,15 d为1个疗程,连用2个疗程。对照组58例则采用1∶5 000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗,方法同上。结果本组116例妊娠早中期外阴尖锐湿疣患者痊愈86例占74.1%,外阴痒、白带多等症状消失,湿疣全部脱落,观察3个月无复发为痊愈,复发30例占25.9%。治疗组痊愈52例,复发6例;对照组痊愈34例,复发24例。两组疗效比较有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论采用中西医结合的方法治疗女阴尖锐湿疣,避免了既往采用的激光、冷冻及手术切除疗法给患者带来的恐惧和痛苦,患者易于接受。

EXPERIENCE IN TCM-WM TREATMENT FOR 58 CASES OF VULVA POINT CONDYLOMA

Objective To explore the application of combined traditional Chinese medicine and modem medical technology treatment for female vulva point condyloma and its clinical effect. Methods 116 early and metaphase gravida suffered from vulva point condynoma in our hospital from May 2005 - December 2006. They were treated with CO2 laser on carbonization, vaporization, meanwhile intramuscular injection of thymosin 20 mg, one time every 2 days, for 1 month. In treating group of 58 cases ,3 days later added vulva fumigation with TCM decoction,once every night, 15 times a course, continued 2 courses. In control group of 58 cases, otherwise, use potassium permanganate solution 1 ： 5000 hip bath treatment. Results Of the 116 eases 86 were cured, accounted for 74. 1%, their vulva pruritus, leucorrhagia disappear, point condyloma all fall off, and relapse - free in 3 months observation, so assessed as recovery. 30 cases had relapse, accounted for 25.9%. In treating group, recovery 52 cases, relapse 6, while in contol group recovery 34,relapse 24. There is significant difference between two groupus （p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for vulva point condyloma can avoid the formerly used laser, freezing and surgical excision therapy which bring to patient fear and pain, so the new therapy is easyly accepted by patient.
