血清NSE水平与急性颅脑损伤患者预后的相关性

目的检测血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）在急性颅脑损伤患者中的水平，并探讨NSE与颅脑损伤及其预后之间的相关性。方法采用ELISA方法测定了98例颅脑损伤患者的皿清NSE水平，结合Glasgow昏迷和预后分级进行分析。结果重型、中型、轻型颅脑损伤患者与对照组比较，血清NSE水平存在娃著性差异（P〈0．05）；预后不良组和恢复良好组的血清NSE水平对比差异明显（P〈0．05）。结论血清NSE水平与脑损害的严重程度呈正相关，是较重要的颅脑损伤的预后评估指标之一；

The relationship and the clinical significance of serum level of neuron - specific enolase of head injuried patients

Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum concentration of neuron - specific enolase （NSE） and the head injury severity and the prognosis of acute head injured patients. Methods Serum levels of NSE were measured in 98 patients with head injury by ELISA. The concentration of NSE was analyzed by combining with GCS and GOS systems. Results The concentrations of NSE in minor, moderate and severe injuries were respectively with control individuals, differences of which were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Clinical outcome had significant difference between patients with major and minor head injuries （P 〈 0.05 ）. This difference was also noted between the two group patients classified by a particular NSE level （P 〈0.05）. There were significant differences among serum NSE levels of three group patients who were bad recovery and good recovery according to Glasgow outcome scale （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The level of neure - specific enolase in serum has positive correlation with the severity of head injury. It is also one of important indicators for predicting the prognosis of patients with head injury.
