| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清唾液酸在帆管癌诊断中的临床意义及其升高的原因。方法应崩OLYMPUS5400型全自动生化分析仪使用酶反应速率法，检测50例健康体检者与84例胆管癌患者血清唾液酸（SA）含量。结果胆管癌组的血清唾液酸含量和阳性率均显著高于正常对照组（P〈0.01），增高的血清唾液酸水平与血清碱性磷酸酶、CA19—9、血白细胞计数有显著相关性。结论血清唾液酸可作为胆管癌辅助诊断的生化指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum sialic acid in cholangiocarcinoma and the reason of its increase in serum. Methods The enzyme reaction rate method with OLYMPUS 5400 - type automatie biochemical analyzer was employed to detect the content of sialic acid in 84 patients＇ with cholangiocarcinoma and 50 healthy controls. Resuits The content of serum sialic acid and the positive percentage in patients group were significantly higher than those in healthy group. The increased total sialic acid in the serum had a significant correlation with alkaline phosphatase and the CA19 - 9, and the numbers of white blood cell. Conclusion The serum sialic acid eould be an biochemical indieator to assist in the diagnosis in cholangiocarcinoma. |
